We are extremely lucky at Parkview
to have two of the Canterbury Rams Basketball team coming to our school on a weekly basis to take
our budding basket-ballers through some drills.
Through our association with Youthtown Sports,
who are once again working in our school this year, we have Marques Whippy and Nick
Wiggins came out on Tuesday to coach our players. Nick is one of the Rams
import players having had some NBA team experience. A real treat for our students. Hopefully their experience will rub off on
our players as they prepare for a tournament in week 1 of term 2.
